Accessibility

We're building DrivingDecoded to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we test against that standard as we build — not as an afterthought before launch.

What that looks like in the product

• Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator and works with a keyboard alone.
• Correct, incorrect, and readiness states are never shown by colour alone — each has an icon and text label too.
• Every touch target is at least 44×44 pixels.
• Form errors are announced to screen readers, not just shown visually.
• Light and dark themes are both fully supported, not an afterthought on one.

Known limitations

This is an active, ongoing effort. If you hit a barrier using DrivingDecoded — anything from a confusing focus order to a missing label — we want to know about it and fix it.
