Who we are

DrivingDecoded is operated by Vishal Gungah, an individual sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, "we," "us," and "DrivingDecoded" mean the operator, and "you" means the person using the product. You can reach us any time at hello@drivingdecoded.ca.

What DrivingDecoded is

DrivingDecoded is an independent study aid for Ontario's G1 knowledge test. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, DriveTest, or the Government of Ontario. Using DrivingDecoded does not guarantee you will pass the official test.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must complete any purchase on your behalf and is responsible for that purchase.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell our question bank or content.
• Don't attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or access controls.
• Don't use the service to develop a competing product.
• Don't scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically collect content from the site beyond what our published robots.txt allows.
• Don't frame, mirror, or republish the site, or any part of it, on another domain.
• Don't use content from the site to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning or AI model.

Content and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and platform content are original and owned by DrivingDecoded. Purchasing Premium or Lifetime Family gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own study — it doesn't transfer ownership of anything to you.

Payment

Premium is a one-time payment for 60 days of access. Lifetime Family is a one-time payment for access that does not expire, shared across up to 4 individually-claimed learner seats. Neither plan is an auto-renewing subscription. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Lifetime Family access

"Lifetime" means access for as long as DrivingDecoded operates the service — it is not a guarantee that the service will exist forever, and it is not a perpetual licence that survives a discontinuation of the product. A Lifetime Family purchase includes 4 learner seats: the purchaser and up to 3 others, each claimed individually through a one-time link. Seats are for named individual learners, not for public distribution or resale — sharing your claim links outside people you intend to give a seat to is a violation of this agreement. The purchaser can release a claimed seat to free it up for someone else; releasing a seat ends that person's access.

No guarantee of passing

DrivingDecoded shows a readiness indicator based on your own practice history. It is a study aid, not a prediction — we never claim or guarantee that using this product will result in passing the official G1 test.

Limitation of liability

DrivingDecoded is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any outcome of the official G1 test.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
